Hi, I’m Steph and I was diagnosed with ADHD at 52.

For decades I felt like I was missing something. Emotionally drained, misunderstood, always trying to keep up but never quite fitting in.

Getting the diagnosis was life-changing. The grief, the relief, the clarity… it all hit at once. But the biggest shift came when I started digging deeper, into my patterns, my masking, and the rules I’d spent years following that were never meant for me.

Now, I help other women 40+ uncover how ADHD has shaped their lives, often without them even knowing. This isn’t about fixing yourself, it’s about finally understanding yourself.
